How does the custom order process work? When purchasing, simply fill in the description box and upload your reference images directly on the product page. That's it! We'll get to work and keep you updated along the way. Every piece is made just for you.

How long does it take? We take 1-2 weeks to make your piece, then ship within 2-10 business days. Once shipped, tracking is provided for all orders in North America.

Can I request any design? Pretty much! Send us your vision whether it's a specific pattern, vibe, or reference photo and we'll do our best to bring it to life. The more detail you give us, the better.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos? Since every piece is hand bleached, slight variations are part of the process. No two pieces ever come out identical and that's what makes yours truly one of a kind.

What sizes do you offer? We currently offer M, L, and XL. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

Do you ship outside Canada? Yes! We ship across North America. International shipping may be available, reach out to us before ordering if you're outside Canada or the US.

How do I care for my piece? Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and iron inside out on low heat. Do not bleach.

What's your refund and exchange policy? We accept refunds and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed. See our full Refund Policy for details.
