Refund & Exchange Policy
At WRPZN, every piece is made to order and hand bleached just for you. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, we've got you.
Refunds We accept refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery. If you'd like a different size or have an issue with your order, reach out and we'll sort it out together.
Please note:
- Slight variations in bleach patterns are normal and expected — that's the nature of handmade pieces and not grounds for a return
- Sizing issues due to not following the size guide may not be eligible
- Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
